Facade Improvement Grant (FIG)

Through a partnership with the Linden Economic Development Corporations, we are proud to offer the Facade Improvement Grant to property owners within our Main Street District. The 80/20 matching grant encourages property owners to restore historic storefronts to their former glory and keep downtown buildings in good condition.
